1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
a few sprigs (chopped) parsley
1 c (chopped) spinach
1 c almond milk
*the fruit is interchangeable. Choose whichever ones you like:)

I like to pair it with a rice cake with natural, crunchy peanut butter on it. It’s delicious!
