Top 5: Wholesome Halloween Candy

Halloween is around the corner so let’s talk candy! I’m a fan. I’m pro candy y’all! Not all candy is created equal though. There are multiple reasons someone may go looking for alternative options. Allergies, intolerances, veganism, vegetarianism, better ingredients, eco-friendly packaging, or even boycotting the shady business practices of some of the biggest companies in the world. No matter the reason, you deserve delicious candy in you life, especially when it’s Halloween!

Top 5: Wholesome Halloween Candy

Montreal, QC based gourmet candy makers, Squish, has a whole line of vegan friendly candies in a variety of delicious flavours. (They do have non-vegan candy swell so be sure to check the labels if that’s what you’re looking for.) These tasty treats out of Vancouver, BC have good gummy consistency and great flavour and that says a lot since SmartSweets whole scene is using very little sugar!
